RoRo's Birthday

And here's another little beauty from Tiddly Inks.

I made this card for my Auntiy Rosanne, as it is her birthday on the 25th September.

She wouldn't let me make her a card last year as my grandmother died just before her birthday and, understandably, she didn't feel much like celebrating, which I can accept totally as not only was my nanna her mother, but she was also her best friend and dependent (miss you nanna, love you lots).

Anyway, because of the circumstances last year that prevented me from making her a card, I thought I would make an extra special one this year. I hope she likes it. It's rather larger than the cards I normally make but I made the image quite a bit larger and added so many embellishments.

I coloured the image with ProMarkers; Ivory, Blush, Cinnamon, Henna, Cocoa, Demin Blue, Indigo Blue, Blossom and Rose. I then added the lettering which I cut on my Big Shot. Added some different papers, some ribbon, some flowers and some swirly bits (using Marianne Creatables and also cut on the Big Shot).

Hope you like what I have created today?

Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs, Fae xxx

Hi Fae

This is such wonderful card, made all the more special because of the meaning behind it. Your Aunt is sure to love it.

Hi Fae

This is a lovely card - I'm sorry to hear your sad story, I hope things are easier this year - its important to remember...

I hope she likes the card - there isn't anything not to like about it...

Love the little Tiddly Ink image too and the way you have used what must be your pet name for her - is this what you called her when you were small?

hugs
