YAY, I made my first card since the op. The first of many methinks. In fact... now that I know I can do all the cutting and sticking etc etc (don't worry girls, I was careful and I took my time before you all start shouting at me) there's no stopping me.
Here's my first card...
The image is from Mo Manning at Digital Pencil and is called 'Coexist'. She is such a talented artist and I love her dearly for creating all these amazing images for us. I coloured it in watercoloured pencils and used a sponge to add ink around the edges.
I used my new punch by EK Success that I bought from Sue on Watford Market and then I added some flowers, some candy, a 'star' charm, some Die Cuts by Marianne Creatables, some ribbon and a sentiment.
Hope you like it girls. Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs, Fae xxx

Swirls and Curls
Here's a little something I made today to while away the hours between Lewis' Sports Day and picking the children up from school.
The image is Penny Black (cling-on stamps) which I coloured with coloured pencils and 'smudged' with Sansodor and a few blenders. I just love this technique! The 'frame' around the image has been cut with my Big Shot and my new Nellie Snellen Multi Frames. The ribbon was purchased from Watford Indoor Market, the gemstones came from PoundLand and the 'swirl's' were created, also on my Big Shot, with my Marianne Creatables. The red card was border punched with my Martha Stewart Doily Punch.
Hope you like it?
Thank you very much for stopping by and hope to see you here again soon.
