Weekend Challenge

This was an image given to me by my adopted step-mummy, Julie. She wanted to see what I could create with it so this was what I came up with. The photo is a bit dark but I think you can see where I was going with it. I coloured some of the image with a blue Sakura Jelly-Roll pen to add a bit of metallic sparkle and then used the blues in the background to create different layers. The adhesive silver wording is by Anita's and the flower is as before. Hope you like it Julie and it gives you a little inspiration for when you use your stamp. More challenges please, I really had fun making this.

A great male card, where does all this inspiration come from?

Various blogs, my head, and my imagination. Sometimes I can't see it all put together at all, I looked at the robot image for ages before coming up with this. In fact I had to throw the other one away (as Julie sent me two images) as the first attempt was pants!

He's a lovely robot isn't he? Someone has suggested using adhesive stones on his bolts down his side, thought that was a good idea. I think you've done wonders with the black image I sent you and will have to have a go myself now.

Be sure to email me what you create Julie, I can't wait to see what you create.

I though of adding the adhesive black pearls that I usually have in stock here, but I ran out so that idea went out of the window.

I was going to decoupage certain parts of it too but I ruined the first attempt so couldn't use the second image for anything.

I had good fun making it though so if there's anything else you can't think of what to do with, be sure to send it my way and I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks again xxx
