I plucked FOUR items from my inspiration jar and you have to make a card utilising each of them. I will be doing this as well (just so it's fair) and all items received will be shown on my blog and the best one will recieve a little 'surprise candy' in the post!
Email your finished card to me and I will contact you for your address (if I don't already have it), if you are lucky enough to be the winner. All entries must be received no later than midnight on Saturday 31st May. Here are the criteria:
- Use a background paper you've had for a while but never found a use for (until now)
- Create a shaped card other than square or oblong.
- Use a Penny Black stamp, but one you haven't used in a while!
- Use a variety of different embellishments (at least four!).
Good luck everyone, I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

OMG - will have to get thinking cap on!
It's only a little something 'candy' but I thought it would make the week a little more exciting. Good luck!
What a challenge, I don't know where to start. Will have to see if I come up with anything .............
Neither do I Julie ha ha ha, so it should be something fun for all of us to do. Enjoy and good luck!
Well I'm ahead of you two as I've got a plan for a non-square/rectangle card . . . so nerrrrrrr x
What a fun idea for a challenge, I would love to play along. Hope I'll find the time :)
You were asking on my blog about the white highlights I do on my motives. I use a simple white gel pen which I bought at my local supermarket. It works great and the best, if you draw outside the line you can simply erase it with your waterbrush or watertank pen :)
Thanks for the highlighting tip Katharina, hope you find the time to take part (although I know how extremely busy you are). I love checking in on your blog everyday to see what new things you have managed to create. Keep up the good work. Good luck if you manage to take part. Look forward to seeing what you come up with. Fae x
Hi Fae, I have been directed to your blog by Sandra and am going to have to have a look to see what I can put together for this one. This is my first challenge so am going to get thinking .....
Good luck Yvonne and welcome to my blog... the more the merrier xxx
Hi Fae,
I am back with my entry to your challenge, although I am late...hihi
But I really had fun doing my card, so it doesn't matter.
Hope you like it.
Here is my Penny Black card
It was a real challenge :) and I hope sewing counts as embelishment, otherwise I didn't succeed ;)
Have a wonderful day!
Hugs
Katharina
