This one was made using one of my FREE Lili of the Valley images that came with one of my craft magazines for August. I decided to make a gatefold card as I recently purchased a second hand Crafter's Companion Enveloper and it has all the markings for Concertina Cards, Gatefold Cards etc so I thought I would give it a go and see if it really was as simple as it claimed...and it was.
So, I coloured in the image, using my Promarker Pens, to coordinate with my background paper and then mounted it onto black card. I then stuck down one side and mounted it to ONE of the 'openings'. I then added a Craftword Cards sentiment (so that the card will close and stay shut) and some flowers etc. I have also decorated the inside of the card with the same paper and a sentiment, but I forgot to photograph the inside before one of my friends bought it from me, so... apologies for that.
I then just added some adhesive pearls to finish it off. Hope you like it and thanks for visiting.
