Another Penny Black stamp, 'Life of the Party'... Red, White and Blue colours to get away from the lilacs, whites and pinks for a change. Mounted onto red and blue card, with blue ribbon to match the blue card. Then mounted again onto white and finally mounted to the red base card.Blue ribbons are threaded through the white card. Glitter is added to the parcel and the hat.

I like solid brights and you can't get more solid than this one... I don't mind patterned papers as they make a nice card, a fab card, but sometimes, bold is beautiful and this one didn't need to be busy as I wanted the focus to be on the cat... Glad you like it.
